Hello everyone,
My name is Diana and I’m looking for a new roommate to take the second room in a 2bd + Loft, 2ba apartment. Room could be furnished if you want.

Month to month starting November 1 (could be available earlier)
Move out with days notice.

Utilities are separate, $/month each for Internet, about $ each for electricity every 2 months and gas is usually about $ each/month only in the winter months.

Shared bathroom with only one guy.

Parking spot in the garage included.
Coin laundry in the building.

The apartment has a great aesthetic. 5 min walk to all bars and restaurants in NoHo Arts District . Pretty much everything is walking if you don’t have a car.

I have 2 indoor cats named Fluffy and Rumi, so I’m looking for a roommate who genuinely loves cats, not someone who just barely tolerates them. Unfortunately no more pets are allowed because they only allow 2 pets per unit 😕
No toxic plants!

I’m an actor/stunt performer and the other guy is also an actor. We are both pretty chill and easy going and we’re looking for the same.
Every now and then we have rommie’s dinner/movie nights if our schedules allow.

Occasional guests/Overnight guest ok.
If any of us have people over, we check in with each other, I rarely have friends over myself, it’s usually if I host for the holidays or an occasional movie/game night.
