This fully furnished room is in Park Estates, a quiet, prestigious neighborhood in east Long Beach with lots of dog walkers and a warm community vibe — perfect for coming home after late shifts. 🐾🌿

A fully furnished private room designed for rest and function: conversion couch/trundle bed, blackout drapes, privacy glass, personal AC + ceiling fan, chest of drawers, large mirrored wardrobe, hardwood floors, and great natural light. 🌞🛋️

🏡 The Apartment
Stylish, well-maintained unit with hardwood floors throughout, updated shared bath & kitchen (granite counters, porcelain tile). High-speed internet and all utilities included. On-, app-operated laundry just outside the unit (~ ft). Mostly a “no shoes inside” home — cozy and clean. 🧺💻✨

🚿🍽️ Bathroom & Kitchen
Bathroom shared with me — you’ll have space in the medicine cabinet and under-sink for toiletries, and I’m happy to share a quality hair dryer. Fridge: 3 shelves reserved for you. Pantry: 2 full shelves. Full access to shared cookware (Instapot, small convection oven), dishes, utensils, etc. 🧴🥘

🛡️ Neighborhood & Safety
Easy street parking (rare in Long Beach!), very safe and quiet area, friendly neighbors. Occasional natural-gas buses are low-noise. Bright exterior lighting (blackout drapes provided). Upstairs neighbor is extremely quiet — basically invisible footsteps. 🚗🔒🌙
