Hey everyone! We’re renting out our master bedroom in a cozy bath place just a 5-minute walk from Chapman University.

/month (includes internet + utilities split). The room is spacious with great natural light, and you’ll be sharing the apartment with me — a musician/producer with a full working studio in the space.

Ideally looking for someone creative — a musician, singer, or artist who appreciates a chill, respectful home with good vibes and occasional music energy around.
