One bedroom with your own bathroom available in a peaceful, furnished townhome (your room unfurnished).

Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood—just minutes from Flatiron Crossing Mall, Starbucks, Walmart, Safeway, restaurants, and a bus stop. minutes from downtown Boulder, minutes from downtown Denver.

‼️Current lease is DECEMBER . But if we work out well as roommates, I would love to renew the lease for another year. Even if I do move out in May, you would be able to find a new roomie and renew the lease. I have lived here almost 2 years, the landlord here is so nice! ‼️

The home is cozy, clean, and calm. You’ll have access to an additional closet for extra storage, plus a two-car garage. Shared spaces are always kept tidy. I’m a very clean person 😊

You’ll be living with me and my 5-year-old son, who’s here every other week, in school during the day, and in bed by 7 PM. He’s a sweet, quiet kid and a heavy sleeper.

I do not smoke at all. Smoking only allowed outside.

Move in date could possibly be sooner, if needed.

1 pet is allowed. I have no pets, but I love animals! If you have a cat, we would just have to make sure there is no scratching on the couch ❤️
