I am a single woman looking for a place for myself.
I work in childcare and personal assistance. Currently
I work for a busy family in South Pasadena who I have been with for years. They are my main source of income where I have regular hours. I also have senior clients and other families that I help on an as needed basis.

There is the possibility that I could provide you with personal assistance in exchange for rent… would you like to walk away from breakfast dishes and kitchen mess to return to a clean kitchen? Got laundry? Let me know what you need.

I'm now in an apartment with a mold issue, so I am needing to move as soon as possible. I’ve been here too long already. I will need the room for months. Possibly longer if it’s a good fit. Lightly furnished or unfurnished is ok.

My credit score is . I can provide you with many excellent local references. I have no trouble providing you with a credit and background check. I will not have a pet. I have one small car, a Honda Fit. I don't need a kitchen. I eat with the family I work for or eat out.
