Hi, my name is Sai. I am a -year-old professional working in the tech field. I am looking for a roommate for our bath B1 floor plan apartment at The xxx Apartments in Milpitas.
The monthly rent for your room is $ + utilities, and the room will be available starting December 1st.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and preferably a young professional or grad student who values peace and a comfortable home environment.

We’ll share a modern, fully furnished apartment that includes:
• A spacious living room with a balcony offering great views.
• A shared kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and all cookware (pots, pans, utensils included).
• In-unit washer and dryer (no laundry runs needed).
• High-speed Wi-Fi and central A/C + heating.

Your bedroom has a private bathroom right next to it and a large closet.
You don’t need to bring furniture — the apartment is fully set up with a sofa, TV, and dining table.

For reference, the current roommates are both professionals in their late s, quiet and kind. No pets in the unit, but the property is pet-friendly if you want to bring one with prior approval. Location & Convenience
