I have a bedroom for rent near the hillview area. There’s a small gym, washer/dryer, steam sauna, inflatable hot tub, fire pit out back. Neighborhood is laid back and safe, plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. I already have 2 friendly dogs, so no more pets unless they can be put in a tank. Street parking and driveway parking are available, garage has a boxing ring in it. Anyone is welcome, options for couples moving in with a price increase to make up for utilities. My current roommate and I are friendly and get along with just about anyone.
