Let me start with I’m seeking ONLY FEMALES. It’s a pretty decent size room. The complex is pleasant, the people are nice. There is a pool and small laundry mat. I’m looking for someone to move in on or earlier, will consider a later date.

I ONLY WANT PEACEFUL QUIET PEOPLE IN MY HOME. Absolutely NO drama, and someone who is respectful to me and my space who doesn’t slam doors, and is aware there is someone else in the home too, and being considerate. Obviously this will be reciprocated. I will leave you alone, minimum interaction preferred , and that understands I need quiet. I require limited guests, and no partying. So college students, I wouldn’t recommend my place. no guests allowed that will bring drama or noise, and preferably one guest at a time during late hours and over night. I just want to make it clear NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, tobacco etc. no excessive drinking, and so you know, I do not have a tv in my room, so I’m in the living room a lot, especially on the weekends. You are welcome to the pots, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, or you’re welcome to bring your own. You need to be neat and clean and help keep the bathroom and kitchen clean. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Oh and I have a cat. He has short hair/no shedding. He’s VERY friendly 🐾
