I have two vacant rooms I would like to rent out in my bathroom apartment. The smaller of the two bedrooms is one hundred and twenty total square feet and just had the carpet professionally cleaned by SoCal Steam Clean. The larger of the two bedrooms is one hundred and forty total square feet and just had brand new carpet installed last year by the property owner. The rent for the smaller bedroom is hundred and forty dollars per month and the rent for the larger bedroom is hundred dollars per month. There is a hundred dollar security deposit per room. The lease is only month to month and you will have to fill out a rental application through property management if you want to be on the lease. Property Management is provided by South Coast Commercial, Inc., and they do charge a one time application fee of thirty dollars to run your credit. There are only two utility bills per month. SDG&E for gas and electricity and Spectrum for high speed internet. SDG&E is around dollars per month and Spectrum is locked in at dolars per month. Both utility bills are split evenly by all three roommates. Some of the apartment amenities include a very spacious living room, hardwood floors, a dishwasher, new modern refrigerator, patio, high speed internet (four hundred mbs), a garage and a reserved parking spot in front of the garage. This apartment is AWESOME because it is centrally located to everything San Diego has to offer. I am looking for two new roommates who are clean, quiet and can pay the rent on time.
