Room for rent near Tesla factory

I have the largest and smallest room in my house for rent. Large room goes for total.
It is upstairs and has a shared bathroom. Small room is total a month.
There is one other person upstairs at the moment and I will be gone most of the year since I work out of the state most of the time. As of now there is only me and one other living at the house. House is a 4 min walk to the Colorado river and it’s great for kayaking and hiking. I may add one other roommate since I will be gone so long. Bills are a monthly flat rate.
