5 minute walk from the metra electric line. minute walk from downtown Homewood, restaurants/library/bars/usps/etc. There is also a parking space available.

I have a dog and a cat. I have a huge yard, plenty of garden space. And a private backyard.

I myself am quiet, clean, and easy going. No cigarettes in the house. fine with windows open. The house has a mid century vibe indoors, and a cottage feel outdoors.
