There's plenty of space in the apartment with a large dining room and kitchen bar. Spacious patio with extra storage in the outdoor closet. The second room comes with access to a covered, reserved carport in a gated parking lot.

This is a pet friendly apartment, but there is a pet deposit and pet rent required. I'm clean and respectful of the common spaces. I'm a year old male working in tech hardware. I spend weekdays at work and evenings away from home most of the time. Weekends are spent traveling out of the bay area or working on side projects at home from my room.
