Property quiet hours are from🔟 pm to 7️⃣am. Pool hours are8️⃣ am to sunset and fitness center is twenty 4 hours. HOA does require a minimum stay of ninety days and up to thirty days to process an application. HOA application fees are three3 hundred💲. I am a surgical assistant during the week and have a weekend job as well my partner travels for work
. I have a dog named Tuna, he has his own room and is crated when I am away. Night shift roommates welcome, last roommate was night shift and it was perfect, no complaints from either in regards to noise or trouble sleeping. Have had roommates who worked various schedules and happy to have whatever.
