Cozy room in a quiet neighborhood

Small cozy room in a three bedroom house. The bedroom upstairs with a bathroom as well upstairs. which you would share with one other roommate that is also upstairs.
The room also includes, a bed, mattress side table and smart TV. I'm charging $ a month, that includes utilities. I have a decent size kitchen downstairs that you can definitely use, all I ask is that you clean anything you use. The fridge is available too!
