This apartment is in the Sierra Vista Irvine Company apartments on the Tustin Ranch Golf Course! The apartment is directly in the golf course with a great view! Our current roommate got a job offer up north and will not be renewing the lease with us. The photos still have our roommates things and the walls need painting, but you can head to the and look at the 1 bed room virtual tour to get a view of the room! There is also a garage with half of it reserved for your storage! We have two cats who are trained to not go into the spare room and are very quiet throughout the day! I work from home and my partner goes out to work during the day and on the weekends may work later nights. This unit has a washer and dryer and the common spaces are fully furnished with half of the storage palaces also reserved! We are incredibly clean and keep the common space open and clean :) We have on maintenance, 3 jacuzzis, hr gym, business center, common room to rent out and grills for anyone to use that are cleaned daily!
