You will be sharing the house with up to 3 other tenants in a “roommate-style” setup.
Rent is independent: you are only responsible for your rent and upkeep, regardless of whether other tenants move in or out.
Included in rent: water, sewer, trash, internet, and cable.
Electricity is split among current tenants. (If you are the only tenant, you cover the full bill; otherwise, it’s shared equally.)
