Room for rent. Shared bathroom with 1 other female
The room will come furnished as you see. Or it can come unfurnished at your request.

Street parking only. Chill house, no parties or drugs (cannabis and alcohol is okay). Everyone is very respectful here with no drama. . No extra fees. Utilities are covered in the rent. Full access to kitchen and laundry room. I have a dog. He’s highly trained and well behaved Belgian Malinois.
