Looking for a Roommate to replace my half of the lease and join in with my current Roommate and complete the the remaining 5 months before renewing within the neighborhood, and into a better unit.
Having to drop my end of the lease due to issues within the neighborhood, and I now work out of Tampa. So only able to come back on the weekends.

- Sq. ft apartment.
- $/month, but you will pay ~$/month.
-Water, trash, and sewage are factored into rent seperately.
-Electric and WiFi are seperate charges(Duke and Spectrum).
-Good sized bedroom and private bathroom.
-Mostly furnished via current Roommate.
-Working Appliances and A/C.
-Screened in patio.
-1st floor unit.
-Apartment will be emptied and cleaned(on my end), prior to moving in.
-Advenair at Magnolia Court, located in Fern Park, FL.()
-Most of the things in the picture you see will NOT be around once moving in.

BEFORE even setting up a meeting time and date, I will have to screen you with a few questions of my own. At the day of meeting, you will be meeting ME and my Roommate that you'd be living with. You will also HAVE TO sign over the lease into your name, pay the application fee, and have the approved paperwork through the leasing office before settling in.
