I’m looking for a female roommate to move in with to this nice apartment in Montebello.

Move in date September 1st-October 1st.

- 2 bedrooms, nd floor
- huge living room with amazingly highly ceiling plus big balcony
- outdoor pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, club room with pool and ping pong, parking spaces included
- in room: dishwasher, walking-in closets, boiler, central a/c
- two big laundry rooms in the same building
- nice soft carpet in all the rooms, vinyl floors in bathrooms
- very green and safe neighborhood, gated area, nice courtyard with trees and squirrels

About me: I’m clean, quiet, respectful, have a cat allergy, don’t smoke. One lovely small doggie. Graduated from USC, now working as a film editor in Koreatown.

I love puzzles, game nights, anime, watching movies/shows, and playing volleyball!
