Looking for an easy going, single (occupant), pet free, non smoking roommate to rent my spare Master bedroom with private 3/4 bathroom, in a quiet town home community that has an outdoor pool, greenbelts and close to Tollgate Creek Trail. Shared spaces include the living room and large kitchen. Amenities include free off street parking, key-less entry, alarm system, ceiling fans, carpet in bedrooms, fresh paint, hardwood floors and in-home washer/dryer access. All utilities are included in the rent payment. First month’s rent and deposit of $600, due upon signing lease agreement. All applicants must be willing to complete an application through and pay $55 for a full background and credit check. Thank you.
