You would have one other male roommate. Pets are allowed and you would also have rooftop access. It's a no smoking building. But to be clear, the very nice, young mother of 2 boys in the apt across the hall does sometimes smoke in the hallway. If this doesn't sit right with you, please don't respond as this is an ongoing situation. It is also semi-furnished and right by the bright window kitchen and bathroom.
