I want to keep this an all male home. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room and I’m currently furnishing the loft upstairs that will be available for use also. My home was built in and is very modern/comfortable. The rent is $ and the utilities are an extra $ plus a onetime deposit of $ that will be returned at the end of the lease as long as the room is in the same condition as before it was rented. If not whatever repairs are needed will be subtracted from the deposit. There are hundreds of stores and restaurants in the surrounding area here in Natomas and a community swimming pool in my housing development that you would have access to via a fob.
