Hey, everyone! I currently live in Parker, Colorado at a great community called The Alder and looking to transfer into a from my 1 bed. I’m a really laid back dude and I work a lot so you would have the space to yourself a good bit. The area is also really quiet and not far from good shops, plazas etc. Budget would be ~ the community has an amazing pool gym and rec area with pool tables inside and gas grills outside.
