Utilities (electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, trash, and sewer) are all included in the rent—no surprise bills or hidden fees. Central AC and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Shared spaces include a full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and a peaceful backyard. All shared spaces are maintained with care, and there are clear systems in place for cleaning and respectful co-living.

This is a quiet, child-friendly home where peaceful routines are respected. I’m a working single mom with a young daughter, and we prioritize stability, safety, and positive energy. One more room is available in the home, but the second tenant has not yet been selected. I’ve rented rooms for over years and create a structured, drama-free living environment.
