Tempe/Mesa Townhouse

Hey everyone!!!

I’m looking for a roommate who would like to share my ba townhouse at Villagio in Tempe. There are two rooms to choose from, the other will be a guest bedroom and you’ll have a private bathroom. Room can also be unfurnished or furnished.

The community has two pools located in different areas and a hot tub and dog run.

My name is Nicole, I just turned last week and moved here originally from Reno, Nevada! an ASU Alum and now work for the Fire Department.

In my free time I love paddle boarding, biking, literally anything outdoors, working out, country dancing, and am usually up for any kind of adventure but love quiet nights in too!

I consider myself a clean person- I like to have the common areas neat/organized but I also understand life happens and we all get busy! As long as there’s a cleaning day where we all get everything back in order, I’m happy!
