1 bdr waterfront furnished or unfurnished aptm on a beautiful acre of land. Utilites included: Electric, water, sewer, trash and internet. You will have use of 1 kayak. It is located in a very
good and convenient location on th ave near Cordova mall and close to interstate and downtown. It is min. to the front gate of NAS Pensacola. It is nicely furnished but I am willing to rent it unfurnished. The aptm has been upgraded with new vinyl click flooring throughout except in the bathroom where I have new tile flooring installed. There are new led lights throughout the aptm and it is freshly painted inside and out. It has a large bathroom with a brand new ” modern tiled shower. I just installed a large lighted bathroom mirror and lighted vent with bluetooth in the bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. If you want more pics I will be more than happy to send some to you. The suite has its own entrance and does not have access to the rest of the house.
