Hi there! I’m looking for one considerate, and easygoing person to share my home in Graham, NC — just a short -minute drive from Chapel Hill. The space has a cozy, curated vibe — think boho comfort with mid-century charm. It’s light-filled, welcoming, and just feels good the second you walk through the door.

The home offers a roomy shared living space, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a peaceful little outdoor area perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. You’d be sharing the space with me (I’m Scarlet!) and my two border collies — they’re well-behaved, intelligent, and full of heart. Dog lovers will definitely feel at home here.

I work in Chapel Hill and keep the house quiet and low-key during the week. I value open communication, mutual respect, and a shared effort to keep the space calm, tidy, and comfortable.
