Senior gentleman seeking mature woman for house share.
I own a Bath townhome near Garrison and Jewell in Lakewood.
My current housemate of 2 years has decided to re-locate back to her home in CA.
The room will be available approximately Sept ?

$/month includes all utilities. Street parking is within steps of front door.
Bus stop across the street, and a wonderful park next door, with a lake and walking path.
Very quiet established neighborhood, with lots of mature trees.

I am semi-retired, but find that I have been working (outside the home) quite a bit lately.

Looking for a DRAMA FREE lady, with a history of integrity and financial stability.
I am not looking for a girlfriend, or any other type of arrangement.....just a good soul to share the roof.
