Two rooms available. 2nd room’s price can be negotiated……Cleanliness is MUST!!! Just looking for MATURE professionals such as myself who are looking for a quiet, clean place to lay their heads and
relax after a long hard day at work. I’m always working and traveling, so we may not see much of each other. I
don’t want to deal with issues while I’m halfway across the globe. So Older people to the front of the line!
This arrangement can either be short or long-term (no lease agreement required). The 2 rooms available are furnished, and WiFi is included.
The house is still practically new, so you wont find a single stain on the carpets or markings on the walls. The house is always smelling good, and will prefer it stays that way! Hartsfield airport is about minutes away (convenient for traveling nurses & other professions that are always in the air/on the road). If all that describes you then hmu I’ll respond with my d!g!ts so we can schedule a visit ( 1superiordisposal at g-m4!l )

NO Loud Ratchet people, NO hood bums/criminals, NO petty immature ppl with drama (yelling on the phone at ungodly hours of the night)…just chill good vibes only, a place of peace, NOT chaos! Recent proof of income required, keep the visitors to a minimum (no parties or kickbacks), smokers (whether gas or cigs) keep it in the back “patio”, that’s your business. Payments MUST be made weekly (in order to avoid rental laws; that way evictions are quick and not requiring court intervention).
Couples pay extra and NO CHILDREN will be allowed to stay overnight (short visits are fine); reason for that is to respect everyone’s quiet time and sleep schedules.
