House has a pool and internet.
Room is single occupancy only.
Room can be furnished with a bed.
No frequent overnight guests.

Must have proven steady income.

Prefer someone familiar with living with roommates. I.e. Clean your dishes after using them, don’t eat other people’s food etc., don’t be loud at crazy hours. Seems basic but someone reading this might not know.
