Hey there — I’m Nolan. I’m , working and figuring out my next steps in life. I’m pretty laid back, respectful, and always pay my rent on time. I stay active, I’m usually out and about, and when I’m home, I keep things clean and chill. I’m not a partier, I’m not loud, and I genuinely value a peaceful environment where everyone can feel comfortable.

I’ve lived with family and friends before, so I know how to respect shared spaces, clean up after myself, and communicate if something’s up. I’m big on trust, mutual respect, and giving people space to be themselves. Whether we become friends or just keep it courteous and low-key, I’m cool with whatever works best.

Right now, I’m working full-time and budgeting carefully while I build toward my future — whether that’s school, travel, or something else meaningful. I’m not perfect, but I’m trying to build a stable, independent life and get out of survival mode. A safe, chill place to live is a big part of that.
