Looking for 3rd roommate to rent in a Bathroom Townhome - Rent is $/Mo (All Utilities + Wifi included). Located at Mirada Lagoons so you have that to also enjoy.

Looking for a quiet, clean and respectful roommate (Male or Female) to move into a townhome with Me (Male) and my roommate (Female), Room is available ASAP.

Security Deposit is required --
+ First month's rent -- Can be negotiated depending on move in date if you plan on moving in July

We have a small dog and a small cat; both are super sweet (Cat is a little anti-social). We're open to one small non shedding pet, if you have anything else we can discuss.

You will be sharing the bathroom with me however if you want your own the half bathroom downstairs can be option as well for your own things. The room won't be furnished once my roommate moves into the Master bedroom so you can bring anything to furnish your room!
