Available July 1st – Looking for two clean, respectful individuals to rent two private bedrooms in a comfortable and welcoming bath home in Vallejo. Roommates have top floor to yourselves. You’ll be sharing the home with me and my partner. We are clean, quiet, and respectful. We pretty much mind our business. I just graduated with my Masters degree so I will be working full time and my partner will be attending SF State full time in the fall. We own a border collie, so if you do not like dogs or are allergic, please be mindful of that.

Room Details:
• Both rooms are private and come with sliding mirrored closet doors
• Shared full bathroom with only one other person
• Option to borrow a mattress and/or dresser for no additional fees.

• Full kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, & oven)
• Backyard + back porch

• Everyone buys their own food and kitchen supplies/utensils
