Room for Rent fully furnished with big closet and private refrigerator in the room.
Everything included: Water, Power, Garbage, Central AC, Antenna TV, WiFi and Parking.

Very central area with easy access to local buses. Working, clean and respectful person (gay friendly is ok). Since there are two men living in the house, we are preferably looking for a man, a clean, serious and respectful person.

It is required the current rent ($) and the same amount as a Security Deposit (not last month). (6) months or longer. The room is already available!
