I have two rooms available in the Derwood area, very close to the Shady Grove Metro station. Both rooms are now available, and I can rent out one or both rooms, depending on the situation. If only the larger room is rented, the tenant will have a private bathroom, and the rent will be higher. If both rooms are rented, the two tenants will share the bathroom. I am also open to rent out both rooms for one person or a couple at a discounted price.

The rooms are priced at $ each respectively. The property includes free utilities, parking, laundry, kitchen, and WiFi access. A one-month security deposit and a minimum 4-month lease
