Looking for roommate!

Hi everyone!
I’m Ren, and I’m looking for a new roommate (also open to moving for the right place, so hmu if you’re also looking for a new roommate!)

About me:
I’m a -year old graduate student at UW studying landscape architecture and architecture. I’m queer and nonbinary (they/them pronouns) and enjoy all things art, nature, and music-related.

About my apartment:
I live in a 2-bedroom in Fremont. It’s a nice area, with lots of shops, restaurants and 2 grocery stores nearby. It’s also a short walk to several bus lines (X, etc.) and the Fremont Sunday Market. Street parking is available and there are also small apartment parking lots by the property. There’s also on- laundry.
- Move-in: around July month lease
- Rent: $ per person)
- Utilities (WSG): $/person
- Required Pinata insurance: $/month
- Internet: $/month

Specifically looking for a roomate who is
- Clean (would appreciate a bimonthly cleaning switch off/or some other cleaning schedule)
- Queer (or queer and trans-friendly)
- friendly
- Organized and pays rent on time

Also down to be friends if we end up clicking!
*a lot of the furniture (couch, tables, and rug) belongs to my current roommate, so there’ll be room for more furniture when they move out if you’d like to bring some!
