Hi I’m Chris black male looking for a room to rent that’s in the DC or nearby metro area. I’m a working professional with 3 older kids that will visit at times so a private space like a basement with entrance is preferred. I’m quiet to myself a non smoker no pets and very clean and organized. Eagerly searching for a spot not too far from work ( downtown DC) and within my budget. Thanks. DM
