Dogs & cats — all very sweet & friendly — come with this home authough they are not allowed in roomie’s spaces unless specifically invited. Your sweet pet may work if everything seems relaxed with all the animals. The kitchen is large with all the stuff needed to cook meals. There is a small den plus living area to spread out in. Beautiful hiking trails everywhere in the neighborhood. Gym, restaurants, grocery store & pharmacies in the neighborhood “downtown” area. Golf course community. Huge neighborhood pool, tennis & pickleball courts. Driveway parking always available.i am very cannabis-friendly but not tobacco friendly. Thank you 😊
