This is a BEDROOM for rent in a 8 Month old house (practically new) all utilities is covered including WiFi! Bedroom is furnished with bed, mattress and lamp. House is between Moreno Valley and Perris off Lasselle next to Lake Perris. Shared bathrooms with two very clean girls. There is 4 people in the house total including myself and my fiancée.
