If anyone is seeking an affordable place to stay in a central, convenient, and safe neighborhood, we (2 professional males, late s) are looking for one more respectful and friendly male roommate to join our modern .5-bathroom townhome in Memorial Heights! This gorgeous home is walking distance from Buffalo Bayou Park, countless restaurants on Washington Ave & other nearby areas, and it’s also minutes from River Oaks, Montrose, and Midtown. Move in date is currently flexible - we’re willing to work with you!

• Close to all amenities you need - restaurants, cafes, numerous grocery stores, gyms, and more, all within a couple of minutes.
• Flexible move-in (any time from the end of this month, until August—let us know your situation and we’ll work with you to coordinate move-in date accordingly).

You will have two other roommates living here - we are seeking a replacement for our current roommate who is able to move out anytime between the end of this month, and August.

The home offers plenty of privacy, but there are also communal spaces to hang out.
