Hey everyone, looking for someone to take over my current roommate's master bedroom in B apartment near Echo Park starting June . The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and large walk-in closets. The apartment complex has a gym, swimming pool, large co-working/lounge area, secure amazon lockers, underground parking lot, and a few other amenities. There’s also a Target literally right below, which is super convenient. The specific floor plan is here in case you’re interested. Total monthly cost would be around $ (rent + utilities + parking).
