I am subletting my room for the summer,from the beginning of June to the end of August.

Rent is $, EVERYTHING included.The house has a great atmosphere with friendly people.
The room is fully furnished including blackout curtains,a PRIVATE mini fridge and includes a shared washroom with only one person.

Basic appliances such as microwave,stove laundry unit are also present in the house for your daily usage.

The location is literally a 2-minute walk to York University and a 5-minute walk to York University subway station. It also has Walmart and NoFrills nearby,and is right next to a bus stop.
Single occupancy only and only for students .
