Available Mid June --Large room w/ queen bed- lrg shared bathroom in a beautiful gated area close to freeways, beach and bike path, monthly maid service and gardener. Hi, My roommates and I are looking to complete our living situation. We now have one room open. We are all extremely private professionals. It’s a large 4 bd house--kind of like living in an apartment building. We’re all friends and sometimes go out together on weekends, but we rarely see each other in the house. Maybe once a week.The house is beautiful and comfortable with a nice backyard. Fountain in the backyard filled with finches and hummingbirds,
a pool and barbecue in the common area and a great basketball court. I try to make my house resort-like. Everyone is very happy here. We just need one more person to add. Preferably long term.Please message Heather
