I have two rooms for rent in a shared house in Titusville. The house is located on the river with a nice yard and dock. The rooms for rent are upstairs and there is a small sitting area upstairs with a TV, and a shared bathroom (shared between the two tenants). Nice Kitchen, living room and Laundry room downstairs. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs that I would like to keep available for family/friends that want to visit (available to all tenants family & friends)

Each room rents for $ and includes the utilities. Optimally, someone and their friend/associate would rent the rooms as they will be sharing a bathroom and sitting area upstairs. I live in the downstairs and rarely use the kitchen (lazy).

I am looking for professionals with stable employment and am not particular about age or gender. This is not a party house, although I love a good get together now and again.

Dock space is possible for those with boats.

Please tell me a little bit about yourself, approximate age, gender, profession, likes/dislikes etc. just so that I can get a feel for what you are all about and whether or not I think this would be a good fit.
