My name is Sam, and I have a 3 bedroom house in Ocean Shores, and I'm offering 2 Bedrooms, one for $ and one for $.

The house is 5 minutes drive from the beach (South Golden Beach) and the supermarket.

The house is architecturally design and very unique. It has as a good vibe a great ocean view an a beautiful lawn and garden.

I'm a very easy going and layback guy and I'm looking for similar, communication is most important thing for me. I work as an art direct/production designer on film and tv, therefore I'm away a lot on location.

I'm open to offer those bedrooms for long or short term.
