Tons of great restaurants and endless shopping within minutes as well. House is located in the peaceful, safe and friendly neighborhood of Torrey Hills, adjacent to Del Mar and La Jolla, and there is plenty of free parking in the driveway and on the street. Beautiful grassy, private, huge backyard with barbecue.

Light and airy house, private room with private bath. and double closet Beautifully furnished and decorated house with all furniture needed and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The rental bedroom can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished.
