Hi, my name is Oscar. I have lived in Santa Clarita area most of my life. I graduated from Hart High School and CSUN. I work as an IT Director and am looking for a roommate. The room is in Santa Clarita near the Hasley Canyon exit off 5 Fwy. This large room is available in July. This room can come furnished with a fullsize bed and desk/chair if needed. The rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and high speed internet. Full kitchen privileges and Pool to cool off during the summer. The room is priced for one person only. The room is not for dual occupancy. I have 1 male roommate that is a Fire Fighter. I am near a Ralphs grocery store and shopping center and have easy access to 5 Fwy. Everyone is very easy to get along with. Their is a washer
and dryer in the house. I have a long drive way so there is always plenty of parking . I also have one German Shepherd so you must not be allergic to dogs. You must be drug free. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home. You must pass a background check.
