I am ending my current lease May (but am happy to move any day before then in May; the rent is cheaper the earlier in May you lease!), and have my eyes on this particular unit.

It’s a cute bt on the 2nd floor. Vaulted ceilings, skylight, and a big ficus tree in front of the patio (the shade will be legendary.) Base rent is $ (we’d divide by half).

Truly, I’m just seeking housemates who are around my own age () with a preference towards males. LGBT is a plus! 🏳️‍🌈

I have a bounty of houseplants both indoor and out, so I’m not too keen on pets in the house. Tanked animals (reptiles, fish, that sorta thing) are not an issue to me.
