Complex has a pool, gym, walking trails, grills and a beautiful covered outdoor area. You have your own bathroom with a nice deep tub right outside of your bedroom. There is a large closet in your bedroom. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything a cook could wish for, stainless steel pots and pans, good knives and all of the extras. The pantry is HUGE! I have an additional freezer for my use so the freezer is entirely yours. Quaint patio that is surrounded by shrubs for added privacy. Storage on porch for primarily your use.

Washer and dryer in the unit. First floor no step entry. Bedrooms are carpeted wood look vinyl throughout the rest of the apartment.

Absolutely no drugs and moderate drinkers only. I would prefer a non smoker. Smoking is allowed on the patio.
