I am looking for a roommate to sublet my furnished room for a long-term stay (two
years) as I move to another state for graduate program. I intend to return to my room after graduation and please be okay for me to have constant access to living room area as needed anytime.

My place is near Columbia University Hospital in Washington Heights, located right next to the 1 train station. Incredibly convenient location as it only takes minutes train ride to Columbus Circle and minutes down to Chelsea area without transferring once. The preferred move in time is anytime between July-August with a notion that I will occupy
the living room.
